At Anivana, we offer a range of approaches designed to meet you where you are, with the option of animal-assisted support woven in naturally when it fits.

Individual Therapy

A space that’s just for you.

Individual therapy at Anivana is designed to help you slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and move forward at your own pace. Sessions are guided by a licensed therapist and can include animal-assisted support when it feels helpful and is never forced.

EMDR Therapy

For when things feel stuck or overwhelming.

 

EMDR helps the brain process difficult experiences in a way that reduces emotional intensity and distress. This work is done at your pace, in a space that prioritizes safety and grounding. Animal presence may be included when it supports the process.

Family Therapy

Support for the whole system, not just one person.

Family therapy focuses on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and helping everyone feel heard. Sessions create a space where change can happen without blame or pressure.

Art Group Therapy (Adolescent and Adult)

A different way to express what’s hard to put into words.

Art groups offer a creative, low-pressure space to explore emotions, build connection, and reduce stress. No artistic skill is needed, just a willingness to show up.

Walking Therapy

Therapy that doesn’t happen sitting still.

​

Walking therapy combines movement and conversation, which can make it easier to open up and feel less stuck. It’s especially helpful for clients who think better in motion or feel uncomfortable in a traditional office setting.
